This course is relevant to any industry sector that deals with hazardous chemicals and teaches the identification and safe handling of hazardous materials in the workplace.
It examines the properties, behaviours, and impacts of these materials and offers strategies to minimise risks to human health, the environment, and commercial operations.
The Responder Chemical Hazard Awareness Training course was developed by highly experienced environmental consultants with an extensive background in hazardous spill response and is delivered by former emergency responders with decades of practical experience.
The price of our courses includes the absorbents & equipment used during the session and any handouts that are provided. The end of course assessment will evaluate participants’ learning outcomes. There’s an 80% pass mark for the assessment — successful delegates will receive a training certificate valid for two years.
