Interspill Apple Watch Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is the Darcy Group (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility
2.1 The giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members.
2.2 No purchase is necessary to enter this giveaway.

3. How to Enter
3.1 Entry to the giveaway is free and available to eligible participants who complete the required entry process as specified in the giveaway announcement.
3.2 By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive marketing emails from the Promoter. They may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in the emails.

4. Closing Date
4.1 The giveaway closes on Thursday, 10th April at 5:30 PM BST. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

5. Prize
5.1 The prize is one (1) Apple Watch SE GPS 40mm.
5.2 No cash alternative or substitution will be offered.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6.2 The winner will be notified by email within 5 working days of the closing date.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within 10 working days of being notified, the prize will be offered to another entrant selected at random.

7. Data Protection and Publicity
7.1 Personal data provided during entry will be used per the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for administering the giveaway.
7.2 By entering the giveaway, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name and general location for promotional purposes if they win.

8. General
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or where fraudulent activity is suspected.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
8.3 The giveaway and these terms are governed by English law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
