We're Hiring!
Part-Time Marketing & Digital Assistant (25 hours per week)
About Darcy Group
For over 90 years, Darcy Group has helped organisations prevent, detect, and respond to environmental pollution. We design, manufacture and supply industry-leading pollution prevention products and services across the UK and internationally.
We’re looking for a proactive and creative part-time Marketing & Digital Assistant to support our Marketing Manager across all aspects of our marketing activities. From creating content and managing digital channels to updating websites, supporting events and coordinating marketing projects, you’ll play an important role in promoting our brands and supporting business growth.
We value flexibility, collaboration and continuous learning, and we’re committed to creating an environment where everyone can do their best work, continue to develop and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
The Role
As our Marketing & Digital Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting the planning, creation and delivery of marketing activities across multiple brands and channels. Your work will include content creation, website updates, email marketing, event support, digital marketing and the production of branded marketing and technical documentation.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales team and external partners, you’ll help deliver high-quality marketing activities that are accurate, on-brand and delivered on time, helping to support business growth and strengthen our market presence.
This role is based on 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We recognise that flexibility is important, so the exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate to suit both the needs of the business and individual circumstances. The role is based at our office in Larkfield, with hybrid working available after probation.
Following your induction, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your workload with guidance and support from the Marketing Manager, allowing you to make a meaningful contribution while continuing to develop your skills.
This job description reflects the breadth of activities you’ll have the opportunity to support rather than tasks you’ll be expected to carry out every day. Priorities will vary throughout the year depending on business needs, marketing campaigns, exhibitions and ongoing projects.
