April 2026:
Following on from our communication in March 2026 regarding general price adjustments, we’re writing to share a further update in light of ongoing market developments.
Recent global events, including the situation in the Middle East, have continued to drive up fuel and raw material costs. As these pressures persist, they are having a notable impact on our overall cost base.
Despite our efforts to absorb these increases over recent months, the scale and duration of these cost changes mean that this is no longer viable. From 27th April, a temporary per-order surcharge starting from £10 will be applied, depending on product range or service.
This measure is being introduced purely to help manage the additional costs we are currently facing. We recognise that this comes shortly after our previously communicated price increases, and we want to be clear that this decision has not been taken lightly.
Importantly, this surcharge is temporary. It will be reviewed monthly against prevailing market conditions and removed as soon as appropriate. In the meantime, we remain focused on improving efficiencies across our operations to reduce the overall impact on our customers.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding. If you would like to discuss this in more detail, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
